DJ Bruno Wega is one of the new national young talented DJs and is mentioned as the revelation in OPorto City. At the age of 13, Bruno started to show interest in music in a small town bar called Jamanta in a city called Ermesinde, where soon everyone notice the huge talent in him. At the age of 14 he bumps into his first big opportunity to show himself at a real booth. Arcadas Bar in OPorto, riverside was the place. It wasnt much of a fancy place, although it had very good costumers. Pop-Rock and 80s were the style then. One year latter, Bruno goes to the south side of the Douro River into a big Club, called Titanic. This time, he was in a very highly quoted place in the middle of the 90s, and it was the perfect opportunity for Bruno to show the huge talent that he had. In 1996, Palhota Club opened the doors for him, and the invitation was a very big chance for him. With resident DJs like Sergio Maia, Emanuel, Aguy or Ze Manel, Bruno is now one of the top DJs in Portugal. At the moment, Bruno Wega counts now performances in top clubs like Kadoc (Albufeira), Katedral (Portimao), Cais 447 (OPorto), Black Jack (Vilamoura), Voxx (Portimao), Alabastro (Albufeira), Danubio (Pacos de Ferreira), Kulto Club (Porto), Swing Club (Porto), Palhota Club (Gaia), Naif (OPorto), M Caffe (OPorto) and much more. He also plays in big events like Vale de Cambra Fashion Week, Garage Party Sessions (OPorto Lusiada University) and even Queima das Fitas of OPorto at the main tent for over 10.000 people. He has played with names like Peace Division, Guedes from Brazil, Frank Maurel, Miss Sheila, Redkone, Nuno di Rosso, Pedro Tabuada and many more. Bruno now has residences at three of the most prestigious houses in OPorto, which are Palhota Club (Club with more than 10 years of existence, and with a crowd of over 1000 people a night) at fridays and Saturdays, Swing Club (the most charismatic and legendary house club in OPorto) at Sundays, and Sublime (the new and fresh fashion Club in the Indstrial Area of OPorto) at Tuesdays. Bruno style can go from deep house, into electro, tribal or progressive, depending on the club and crowd he finds.
